Ingredients

  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1 T horseradish
  • 1 T ketchup
  • 1/4 t Cajun seasoning
  • 2 c of Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c All-Purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Organic Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 t oregano
  • 1/4 t basil leaves
  • 1/8 t organic cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • 2 c dill pickles, drained and sliced

Instructions

  1. Cut the pickles into ¼” thick rounds. Don’t pay them dry.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Set it aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl mix together the dry ingredients: flour, cajun seasoning, oregano, basil, cayenne, and salt.
